Construct new detached Garage on existing concrete slab. Add New Space to the existing footprint (48 Sf Ground Level) And Add 534 Sf 2nd Flr Apartment. Repair/replace uncovered wood deck (about 160 sq. ft.) on existing single-family residence (rotted and deteriorated). Update per applicant on 5-23-07. Re-stamped plans to reflect revisions in the roof (necessary due to possible encroachment on three electrical power lines - the previous design would have come too close to these). The roof was modified to the point of now being oriented 90-degrees from the original alignment.
