Scope of work

Interior Remodel. Replace drywall replace windows update bath to include plumbing updates. The front porch will be rebuilt/repaired as it is in an unsafe condition (footprint will be retained). Other rotted wood will be replaced as needed. Ceiling joists in the living room area are structurally unsound in current form and will be addressed as part of this project. Bring ceiling heights to code in the center portion of the structure. No changes to the footprint of the existing structure no additional space or stories being added.
