Scope of work

Install new 8 height fence along two sides of this property (West and South sides). Potentially the third (east) side could be fenced at 8 as well but current plans (as of date of approval) are for a 6 height along the east side of the lot pending contact with the adjacent neighbor. Neighbor on the South side has already given their approval to installation of the 8 section along her property (LOF). Fence will be of cedar construction and will be a privacy fence (not ornamental or decorative).
