Partial Demo to remove an east rear wall Remodel/Addn to exist. 1 story noncomplying residence. Remodel: Change exist. pitch roof to double pitched shed roof add interior walls and remove some interior walls upgrade plumbing insulate & sheetrock walls. Addn of 290 sq. ft to rear of residence to add a bedroom and a bathroom add 80 sq. ft of covd porch to front of res and 64 sq. ft. of covd front porch steps. Repair/stabilize foundation on existing structure. Foundation must remain of the same type as the original (i.e. pier-and-beam cannot be switched to a slab or vice-versa). Changes/increases to the footprint of the structure are not permitted.
