Scope of work

Demo exterior NW master bedroom wall for master bedroom addition. Demo exterior SE guest bedroom wall for the addition of a split level attached garage playroom and balcony. Demo exterior SW utility room & half bath for study addition. Repair existing foundation as required and excavate SE corner to accommodate attached garage addition. Complete interior demolition to include all doors windows electrical mechanical plumbing and interior wall framing throughout. Removed and Replaced existing 2x4 framing with 2x6 framing on all exterior walls and raised existing roof 2 feet overall. Replace siding and re-utilize existing exterior stone to an existing SF residence.
