Adding 8 ft fence along property line on southwest northwest and northeast of the house and to the east property line with gate. The east property line will not have a fence constructed at this time. Letter of consent filed for 7800 Heathercrest. No letter reqd along rear property line commercial use. May not build 8ft tall fence along 7804 Heathercrest without letter of consent.
