*PARTIAL DEMO* Removing roof structure on existing primary dwelling to create new roof structure to accomodate 2nd story on house. Adding a 2nd story to primary dwelling to include a new stairway 3 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms a utility room and a great room. Also adding a new covered attached side porch on the southeastern side of dwelling. Also adding/extending the existing attached covered front porch to wrap around the southeastern portion of the building. Plumbing electrical mechanical work as needed.
