**Partial demolition of existing sfres - removal of attached garage in rear and entire roof to accomodate new attached single car garage with storage loft behind res as well as modified roofline over entire structure. remodel of existing structure to include: new doors siding windows. raise roof to create a new loft area new covered deck covered front porch and covered breezeway connecting home to garage. electrical plumbing and mech work throughout as needed.
