**Partial demo. Remodel entire existing residence. Addition of new second floor with new bedroom bath and walk-in closet. First floor addition to expand existing bedrrom and kitchen and add rear entry and utility. West exterior wall is non-complying with current zoning. Windows on west exterior wall are to either be replaced or removed and remodeled west exterior wall to have a 1-hour fire resistant construction. All existing windows will be replaced. Repair existing roof as needed. New trellis window awning over front window. Wood deck addition to front porch. Repair existing carport as needed.
