Scope of work

Interior remodel to create wine room. Remove non-load bearing wall to create new entry and closet to Bedroom. Install new non-load bearing wall to create closet for bedroom and wet bar for wine room. Add plumbing for wet bar in wine room. Relocate electrical as necessary. Remove interior door and replace with new. Remove french door on exterior wall infill with 2x4 wall and stucco to match existing. Existing non-complying house in side setback to remain.
