Build new wall in garage to divide spaces for Unit A & Unit B. Convert garage storage closet & entry closet into new mudroom entrance from garage for unit B & delete existing entry door into current kitchen. Existing non-complying duplex front of unit A in front setback not affected by work in this permit.
