Modifications to the existing non-conforming freestanding sign - remove 2 large exposed neon lit Nelson Puett Real Estate sign cabinets and readerboad remove section of supporting structure which will result in a 20.135% reduction in overall height and allow the sign to be positioned so that the previous R.O.W. encroachment is eliminated in order to install a new neon illuminated Little Woodrows sign above a small illuminated sign cabinet for Brooklyn Pie Company resulting in a 3.55% reduction in area from the previous sign. 25-10-152(B)(4) requires a 20% reduction in height area or a combination of the two in order to modify an existing legal non-conforming sign. The work authorized under this permit results in an overall reduction of 23.685%.
