Scope of work

Remove cosmetic fur-down ceiling at kitchen to return to original ceiling height; same ceiling height as adjacent livingroom. Sheetrock tape float texture and paint as needed. Remove and repace existing light fixtures re-route any electrical as needed. Remove and replace kitchen cabinets countertops and flooring. Remove and replace existing kitchen sink/faucet disposal and dishwasher. Change out fridge line box and water supply line to pex. Relocate existing gas line in kitchen.
