Repair existing sewer line only. 8/7/18 DD Admin. Hold is ECV related. A Tree Permit is required. Sewer line trenching within the 1/4 CRZ of a 23 American Elm in the front yard. Mitigation required. Mitigation to include root and limb pruning by a Certified Arborist and planting 2 new 3 caliper size trees on property ( total of 6 caliper inches).
