Scope of work

Interior Remodel: Renovation of two bathrooms. Conversion of one Bedroom (9x10) into: a Utility room for the relocation of the Washer and Dryer and a W.I.C. Partial demo of the diving wall between the Kitchen/Dinning and Living Room. Installed a new beam (2) 2x8 x 9 in that wall. See Engineer Structural Verification Report. Replace all exterior windows and the Front door with same size. Partial Tunnel underneath slab to replace a part of the main drain line and tying into the sewer line. Plumbing remodel inside.
