Scope of work

Interior remodel to Unit A Bldg. 1 Duplex. Improvements consisting to replace existing finishes including cabinets new appliances and fixtures new interior doors and new interior trim hardware etc. Please refer to attached letter for additional improvements. Also remodel includes opening up one load bearing wall which is the common wall between existing kitchen and hall. Also converting existing tub/shower to walk-in shower.
