Scope of work

Construction of new 2 story 3 BR 31/2 Baths single family residence with attached garage (Primary structure) 5/8/2020 DD Site and neighboring lot are not EV compliant. Controls are not in place. Tree Final Inspection failed. 21 Pecan (#202) on neighboring lot has been impacted by Demo work and current construction activity. Neighboring lot with the Pecan tree (on north side) of 2210 Thornton is being used for construction access and staging. The Pecan has not been protected and is currently impacted by construction activity. A Tree Care Plan provided and implemented by a Qualified Arborist is required. Scope of Plan shall be reviewed by Douglas Dear for completeness. Clean up and removal of construction debris from the trees full CRZ is required immediately . Tree Protection and mulch around the tree per ECM 3.5.2 specs. is required prior to any additional construction work being performed. Environmental controls are required around construction area.
