Scope of work

Modify driveway. Shift driveway location to be fully on property and only share driveway approach apron with 3307 Jamesborough in ROW. Demo existing driveway and apron. Install new driveway strips. Install new approach apron in conjunction with DS permit for 3307 Jamesborough (2019-178059 DS). No sidewalk or curb construction necessary. As project is at culdesac no lanes of travel affected. The shared approach apron is 25-0 at the property line and this area will be required for completion of project. A modification to the DS permit for 3307 Jamesborough (2019-178059 DS) has been submitted as it it tied to a BP 2019-178059.
