Scope of work
Diagnostic revealed an obstruction in the building drain like concrete or something hard that is not able to be cleared. Begin by excavating entry hole at the exterior of the house where the sewer exits the house by the master bathroom. Then we will tunnel underneath the foundation of the house approximately 5 feet to access and expose noted diagnostic issues. Defective drains will be removed from plumbing system and debris will be hauled away. - Drains will then be replaced with new DWV schedule 40 PVC pipe and fittings in accordance to plumbing code. Pipe will be well supported and strapped to underneath foundation to prevent from the same thing happening in the future.
