TEMP LOOP INSPECTION DONE UNDER PERMIT 2023-092433 EP ON 7/21/23-HYATT*** ***Contact Comm Elec Supervisor Hyatt Dunn before doing any inspections on this permit-Hyatt*** Emergency Disconnect for an over head service pole energizing 2 meters at 600 East 49th street. Home owner has 2 properties on his land he lives in the property located in the back and the front property is being remodeled by him. While they were doing remodel work the over head riser with live conductors and gutter box detached from the home. When I got called out for a service call I immediately called for a disconnect of power due to life safety conditions. I have made the necessary repairs and have re secured the over head system back to the front home. We are requesting an emergency permit so that we can get emergency inspection at this property. The homeowner has been without power for a week and with the hot climate we need to restore power to him asap. thank you
