Scope of work

Pulled gas meter *** Revised *** 7/11/24 SM - Pressure tested 40 ft run of tract pipe. the run was leaking removed old line and installed 40 feet of new tract pipe. Installed new 1/2 shut off valve on manifold. 7/10 - pressured up line after previous repair and found another leak on 1/2 inch tract pipe in attic. cut pipe down about one foot and repaired it. Connected back to manifold.
