Scope of work
In this option we will be starting a tunnel access point on the exterior left side wall so we can start a tunnel underneath the home. We will end up having to pull out the pathway slaps and rake out the rocks to gain access to the dirt going to the foundation. Once we have an access point dug up we will then go underneath the home 38 feet to clear the compromised area. Once all the piping from the cleanout to the end of the belly has been exposed. That is when we will go ahead and cut out all old PVC and material and replace From the furthest cut underneath the garage all the way back to the clean out with brand new schedule 40 PVC. Once all new material has been placed in and all repairs are done. We will also add hangers every 4 feet to ensure that the piping will be secure and will not collapse on itself if the foundation were to shift. Once hangers are installed we will get an engineer to look at the tunnel job and piping to make sure that everything looks up to code and done correctl
