Scope of work

Diagnostic revealed reoccurring sewer stoppages underneath foundation. Sewer system underneath foundation is original cast iron sewer piping and needs to be replaced. This is a complete sewer repipe. Sewer line in the yard is PVC and in good working condition. - Plan of action is to apply for a permit with the customers jurisdiction to legally and professionally proceed with repairs. - Begin by excavating an entry hole on the left side of the home where the sewer line exits the foundation. - Then Rite Way will tunnel underneath the foundation and expose all cast iron piping underneath the foundation home owner will be paying rite way directly and Plumbing Outfitters will not be subbing out the tunneling. - If additional tunneling or beam penetration is needed a supplemented estimate will be provided. - If any more work is needed such as solid rock removal roots or any unforeseeable objects come across this estimate will be supplemented to accommodate the additional work needed to complete the job.
