Renovation of Kitchen to include removal of wall for new bar area new cabinets fixtures and flooring. Renovation of existing Bathroom. Rebuild existing damaged Front Porch that will take care of expired permit 2001 - 011862 BP. Remove and Replace roof with new Metal Roof. New Siding to Match Throughout house.
