Remodel existing attached single car carport to an attached single car garage. No demo work required. Not increasing or changing the footprint of the structure. Add interior walls within garage new garage door new interior work bench and shelving. On the exterior replace/add new siding add new windows and one new door. Re-route the dryer vent to outside and add a new vent fan. Electrical as needed only.
