Tree protection fence and mulch not in place per ECM 3.5.2 specifications. Trenching occurring in the half CRZ of pecan is not permitted. A two year tree care plan is required for mitigation. Correct issues asap. Reinspection required. Reinspection fee owed ($65.00). All work to be preformed by Certified Arborist. 10/14/14 Tree inspection failed. Two Year Tree Care Plan not in place. Re inspection fee not paid.
