Converting duplex to single family residence by eliminating a closet to create an opening between the 2 sides. The oven is being removed from the 1206 kitchen and will be converted to a utility room. The electrical and water meters for 1206 will be removed. The (2) separate electrical systems will be tied together creating (1) electrical system. The (2) separate water supply systems will be tied together creating (1) water supply system. The (2) separate waste water systems will be tied together creating (1) waste water system.
