Repermit BP# 1987-001208. Replace old aluminum paned windows with new vinyl windows. Enlarge master closet and bath eliminating half bath. Update second bathroom and bring plumbing to code including replacing hot water heater. Bring electric to code and add new light fixtures. Remove wall between living room and kitchen (replace with engineered LVL beam if necessary). Reconfigure and update kitchen. Remove any old wall paneling and replace with sheetrock where necessary.
