Construct 2 new driveway approaches. One for secondary dwelling. Close previous curb cut with 25 LF new C&G. Sidewalk fee to be paid in lieu of construction. New construction of second dwelling unit behind existing structure on the southern portion of the lot. Demolition of an existing storage building on the southwestern portion of the lot (See 2012-125582PR under 1206 Leona).
