Partial demo of front porch and rear shed for addition. The front porch will be added to the existing home for an addition to the living area with the front door relocated. Gutting the interior to bare frame and foundation a 60 sf. addition will be added to the northeast corner of the building for restrm remodel. The home will be rebuilt from the frame on the inside incuding; new mechanicals plumbing electrical drywall and all finishes. New windows will be installed. Most of the exterior cladding (brick & siding) will remain and not be replaced. The house will remain a 3 bedrm 3 bath one story.
