Scope of work

Partial demolition of existing single family residence to add (2) egress windows to the east face of the house. Repermitting expired BP 2011-071952 and associated trade permits for garage space conversion into a bedroom and utility room. Project scope is to also include the renovation of this bedroom space into a smaller bedroom hallway and full bathroom; on the 2nd floor the creation of a hallway from an existing bedrooms closet to access a new media room with sink/bar area over the existing garage.
