City Sewer Cut Over Only NOV written. Utility work (without a Tree Permit) at this site has damaged roots (15) that are over 1-1/2 in diameter. Damaged roots belong to the neighbors 25.5 Live Oak. Tree Permit required. Mitigation for root damage to include having a Certified Arborist properly cut and seal damaged roots A.S.A.P. Additional mitigation required to include a Five Year Tree Care Plan. Plan to be prepared and implemented by a Certified Arborist following specifications found in the ECM 3.5.4. Plan to be reviewed by City Arborist prior to execution. Re inspection required. Re inspection fee owed ($133.00). Plan to be paid for in advance prior to final inspection.
