Scope of work

Interior remodel. Partial demolition. Gut kitchen and bathroom replace kitchen cabinets with new and enlarge doorway into living room. Water heater will be moved outside rear wall and become on demand style. Existing water heater closet will be demolished allowing expansion of tub area. Tub will be replaced with tiled shower. new toilet and sink to replace existing. Change out existing single pane windows with double glazed vinyl replacements. Paint interior and exterior.
