Scope of work

Partial demo of carport (completly removed). remodel/repair; remove portion of roof raise ceiling to 8 ft. at laundry and bedroom 1 areas repair roof and stoop and replace roof. ***REVISION #1 (submitted 9/26/2018) -Complete demo of carport was cancelled per owner. Partial Demo of roof & replacement of siding performed. Roof line raised to attach to existing roof line. New siding/cladding installed to match entire structure. (PG. A4 Carport to remain) See highlighted area showing carport roof line raised & atttached @ existing rear roof line. Plans were adjusted @ east elevation to show correct roof line/pitch @ rear of house (pg. 4)***
