Partial demolition. Addition to primary residence to enlarge rear bedroom and add 2nd bath. 7/5/17 Tree Inspection failed. Cedar Elm in back yard requires proper pruning by a Certified Arborist. All dead and broken branches (1 diameter and larger) are to be removed. All limbs smaller than 3 in diameter are to be pruned back ( a distance of 3-4 ft.) for clearance from the roof line and building walls. A re inspection is required. A re inspection fee ($65.00) is owed.
