Detached from 17-013972-BP and attached to secondary structure (17-013973-BP). A minor revision will be needed to remove the sidewalk and driveway requirements from the main BP.**nmt Demolish existing driveway approach on South end of Mildred St . Demolish 4 of sidewalk and C&G adjacent to approach. **VC Build new 16 driveway approach and sections of sidewalk / C&G as needed. Shall meet all city standards.**VC
