Water heater - drains and t&P - add insulation on hot and cold lines - add a drip pan - add TPR drain line - secure service disconnect - fix the leaking hot water supply line - screw in the cover 8. Replace water lines under home (hot and cold) approx 130 ft and insulate 9. Replace cast iron pipes under home and tie in outside foundation approx 80 ft 10 New toilet flanges and tie rest under floor 11. Replace water and sewer lines to the street Kitchen Remodel: replace countertops backsplash sink and fixtures light fixture for kitchen and dining. replace vent hood. install recessed lighting. Master bath: remove existing shower. rebuild partition wall for glassdoor. new plumbing fixture install new can light. install hardie backer board.move shower plumbing fixture higher so a tall person can shower Shared bathroom: replace toilet remove all wainscoting and tile. new shower surround. new vanity. install 2 recessed lights w/ bath vent. retile tub/shower. upgrade plumbing throughout. replace window in laundry (size for size). replace siding. install recessed lighting. install new roof. repair rotting eaves. .replace roof for deck. Replace Zinsco service panel Bonding gas line on the other side of home. Add GFCI where needed Add can lights Disposal add new plug under sink on wall and cord to unit
