Scope of work

Running cleanout from building going towards the street the following was found. At approximately 9ft. 5in. to 17ft. the camera was under water indicating a belly in the sewer line. Running from the cleanout towards the building at approximately 18ft. the camera goes under water and comes out of the water at approximately 20ft. The remainder of the sewer looks fine. The sewer is constructed of 4â� Sch. 40 PVC approximately 48 1/2in. deep.
