Construct 33 FT driveway approach. Waiver attached for non-standard driveway approach. *izz The waiver request includes non-standard approach driveway slopes as follows: Beginning at the front (street side) edge of the existing gutter construct the approach driveway slopes as follows: A negative (downward) 6.67% slope for 16 (1 drop in 16 forming a gutter) A positive (upward) slope of 15% for a distance of 20 A positive (upward) slope of 1.75% for a distance of 48 (forming a Pedestrian Crossing Area or PCA) and a maximum positive (upward) slope of 10% beyond the PCA. With the non-standard width (i.e. 32.5) it is necessary to provide expansion joints in the approach driveway at the 3rd points instead of a single expansion joint at the centerline.
