Construct new 12 driveway approach. No sidewalk inspection per plan review. Shall meet all city standards. *la Sam West approved a waiver to Standard Detail 433S-1A for the construction of an driveway approach to 2005 South 5th Street to allow consideration of the use on Non-standard slopes across the width of the approach as follows: In order to address the existing elevation differences across the proposed driveway approach location it is suggested the following slopes be used in the construction of the driveway approach. Back of curb 6-8 at a maximum upward slope of 35%(2rise). Then 48 at a maximum upward slope no greater than 2% sidewalk crossing. Then back of sidewalk to right of way line at a maximum upward slope of 10%.
