Scope of work
Work to consist of accessing at the front of the house in the area of the clean out to excavate below the foundation approximately twelve feet (12â) to expose and replace the cast iron serving the hall bathroom EXIT #2. Additional work to consist of trenching at the clean out at the front of the house approximately eight feet (8â) downstream to correct the backfall on the exterior sewer line for EXIT #2. Work to also consist of installing a two way clean out on the exterior sewer line. Further work to consist of trenching at the clean out on the left side of the house approximately forty-two feet (42â) to correct the backfall on the exterior sewer line for EXIT #1. After the repairs have been completed the sanitary drain system will be tested to ensure there are no additional leaks. If additional leaks are revealed additional testing and repair costs will be incurred.
