Scope of work

Winter Event 2021 - partial home repipe. Excavate the yard from the water meter to under the home. Will need to tunnel under the side walk. Run new pex line with proper depth as well as new tracer wire. Install with new homeowner shut off valve/ prv and pex piping. For under the home remove the last bit of galvanized water piping and install with new pex and needed fittings.
