Scope of work

Install New Gas Shutoff for Fireplace Summary Shut off gas to home and bleed all gas out of lines. Cut out gas shutoff and install new shutoff using mega press gas fittings. Test repair for leaks. Pressure test and spray test indicate there is a leak at the shutoff. This testing and repair is proposed to conserve the integrity of the brick work around the fireplace. This testing does not show if there are additional leaks on the line. Any additional leaks found upon completion of replacement of shutoff will carry an additional estimate. Additional sheetrock may need to be cut to complete the repair. Reliant Plumbing is not responsible for any cosmetic damages to the property including but not limited to sheetrock cabinets flooring concrete landscaping etc.
