Scope of work

Make it Drain LLC will be installing water and wastewater lines. These plumbing lines will be serving 1 mens restroom with 1 toilet and 1 lavatory. They will also serve 1 womens restroom with 1 toilet and 1 lavatory. Also included will be 1 breakroom sink. The building is a 1 story warehouse with another tenant using another portion of this warehouse. I will be doing my work in Unit 103. 103 Is the only other unit in the building besides unit 101. The square footage of the portion in 103 that will be accommodating the new tenants is 950 sqft. There is no gas whatsoever water heater will be point of use water heaters located under sinks. No outside utility lines waste is already stubbed up in a concrete leaveout. Water has also been brought in to the building years ago.
