Remove old galvanize water piping Dig access under beams Install new pex piping Insulate piping Secure piping Access in Sheetrock or cabinets ( not responsible for drywall repair or cosmetic repairs ) Replace angle stops if necessary Replace hose bibs and vacuum breakers Replace yard service to water meter Replace homeowner cutoff valve Trench front yard for water service (60ft) Install a pressure-reducing valve to maintain safe operating water pressure in your home. Will need to dig up the yard next to the water meter to gain access to replace PRV.
