Scope of work

Conversion of attached garage into an expanded dining room. Reconfigure layout of kitchen. Install new PVC drain pipe for kitchen that replaces cracked cast iron pipe at the slab level. New pipe runs 12ft infront of kitchen and makes a 25ft. left turn that cuts across the yard to join the access pipe that runs into the city sewer. Remove gas line that runs across the converted garage living area and serviced the old gas stove as we are going electric now. Reroute the current gas line as it enters the house above the converted garage to merge with the hot water heater and furnace.
