Replacement of an existing water heater Replace 40 gallon gas/propane water heater Heater is located in attic. Gas control valve is not working. Heater is out of warranty. Not responsible for any cosmetic damage like sheet rock tile wood concrete ect. Remove old unit Install new unit Install drain pan Install new water shut off valve and supply lines Install a new expansion tank Install new gas supply line Install sediment trap Includes haul off of the old unit
