Not responsible for any cosmetic damage like sheetrock tile wood etc. Will need to build a wall to mount the heater. Removing old unit (tank style) Installing tankless non recirculating model Installing possible wood frame work to mount unit Installing new wall hung drain pan Comes with flush kit for future flushing of unit
