This project was initially approved as a second story addition to an existing SFR and new Secondary Apartment. Due to the condition of the pier and beam foundation a revision was submitted to demolish the house and rebuild it over a new slab foundation on the same footprint. The revision was approved. Another revision will be filed to opt into HOME regulations. The two units have been re-addressed as building 1 and building 2. Work type has been updated to NEW and subtype has been updated to R101.
