Scope of work

The Home owner is selling a portion of his lot. The lot that is being sold has the electrical pole on it that feeds his house. He needs to remove his service from that pole and transfer his service to a new pole that has been approved. So a trench will need to be dug from the secondary next to the new pole to his house and service will be upgraded to code.
